Getting Started
Set up FYRO Player in just a few steps:
- Download FYRO Player from app.fyroplayer.com or your installed app store
- Open the app and note your unique device identifier
- Visit the Playlist Portal and add your own M3U or Xtream Codes credentials
- Restart the app and enjoy playback of your personal media
Managing Playlists
FYRO Player supports two playlist formats from your own provider:
- Xtream Codes: Enter your provider's server URL, username, and password
- M3U URL: Paste your full M3U playlist link
- Manage multiple playlists from the Playlist Manager
- Remove old playlists anytime from the app settings
Free Trial & Subscription
FYRO Player includes a 14-day free trial:
- 14-day free trial starts when you connect your first playlist
- Full access to every feature during the trial — no payment required
- After the trial, get a subscription from an authorized reseller
- Open the app → Settings → Redeem Promo Code to activate
- Your subscription extends instantly — new days are added to remaining time
Program Guide & Replay
Access electronic program guides and replay where supported by your provider:
- Program guide data loads automatically from your Xtream provider
- Swipe up on a stream item to view current/upcoming programs
- Replay previously aired programs (if your provider supports it)
- Set reminders for upcoming programs
Parental Controls
Keep playback safe for your family:
- Go to Settings → Parental Controls
- Set a 4-digit PIN
- Lock specific playlist items behind the PIN
- Optionally hide locked items from the list
Player Settings
Optimize your playback experience:
- Buffer Size: Choose Small, Medium, or Large
- Hardware Acceleration: Enable for smoother playback
- Aspect Ratio: Fit, Fill, or 16:9
- Picture-in-Picture: Watch in a floating window
- Auto-Start: Launch app on device boot
