DMCA / Copyright Notices: If you believe content accessed through our App infringes your copyright, please contact us at dmca@fyroplayer.com with details (URL, evidence of ownership, contact info). Note that we do not host content; we will forward valid notices to relevant parties where possible.
FYRO Player offers a 14-day free trial upon first use, allowing you to evaluate the App with full features. After the trial period ends, an active paid subscription is required to continue using the App.
Subscriptions are managed through authorized resellers. By using a free trial or paid subscription:
Refund Policy: All subscription sales are final unless otherwise required by law in your jurisdiction. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by the original reseller. Please contact your reseller directly for refund requests within 14 days of purchase. The free trial is not refundable as no payment is collected.

All intellectual property rights in the FYRO Player application, including its code, design, logos, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This license terminates automatically if you violate any of these Terms.
Third-party trademarks (such as Android, Google Play, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FYRO Player, its operators, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. To delete your account and all associated data, please follow the process described in our Privacy Policy.
If you obtained the App from the Google Play Store, in addition to these Terms, you also agree to be bound by the Google Play Terms of Service. In case of any conflict between these Terms and Google's terms regarding distribution, Google's terms shall apply only to that distribution aspect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FYRO Player operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Please contact us at legal@fyroplayer.com before initiating any legal action.
If resolution cannot be reached within 60 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in our place of operation.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with one that is valid and reflects the original intent.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated via the App's announcement system. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
